Oh my sweet Jesus. I need this tiny little bird necklace. It is three in the morning and every fiber of my being wants this tiny trinket, like there is no tomorrow.

Why, you ask? Besides the transcendent inscription of: This bell will ring when you hold me in your arms? Besides the adorable birds? Besides the fact that it is by Rob Ryan, (one of my favorite artists) and by Tatty Devine (one of my favorite jewelry boutiques)? Besides all those reasons?

Because sometimes a thing is more than the sum of its parts, and sometimes a woman must adorn her neck with romantic sentiments.
