Scott McCloud has put up his comic "The Right Answer" online. For free!
The Right Number is a projected three part online graphic novella about math, sex, obsession and phone numbers presented in an unusual zooming format.
The format is neat and weird. And did I mention, free?

Just a reminder that if you like FREE comics, this Saturday is FREE COMIC BOOK DAY at many major retailers around the country.

If superheroes aren't your thing, there are plenty of awesome and totally free comics there. I'm personally picking up:

The Unseen Peanuts 2007 - Peanuts strips never reprinted anywhere

and

COMICS FESTIVAL! 2007 - Hope Larson, Brian Lee O'Malley, and other Canadian comic writers get together and jam.

You can find a full list of free comics and a participating store near you at http://www.freecomicbookday.com/

That's cool, was recently re-reading some pages from Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics which was reminding me that I still haven't read his last one... Making Comics if I remember correctly. Smart guy.
