Cool Hunting found these really interesting bracelets and necklaces, made of silver and fashioned after barbed wire. The line is termed American Gulag, and "was inspired by Russian gulags and is intended to make a statement about certain practices of the Bush administration." Part of the proceeds are donated to human rights organizations, and I think the idea is fascinating all the way around.
