Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins was a tattoo artist knee-deep in hookers, booze, and old school tattoos. His legacy inspired a line of clothing decorated with his most iconic ink. My favorite bits though, are the shirts where you can pretend to have a tattoo, just to try it on for size. (These tattoo thigh highs are great too and super cheap to boot.)
