I think there should be a new category on the Fabulist for toast. Who doesn't love toast? One day I will write a recipe book for different kinds of toast. And I will try out all my recipes in this, the snazzy European designed toaster. Because, well, why not?

I spent weeks trying to track down a particular discontinued red diner-style toaster for my kitchen last summer. I may be weird, but I have a cool toaster.

I think strange and eccentric obsessions are a sign of a healthy creative mind. Plus, how can anything related to toast be weird? ;)
