Fabulist!

Richard Linklater, of Waking Life fame, is releasing another animated film- A Scanner Darkly, based on the Philip K. Dick novel of the same name. Improving upon the same rotoscoping techniques used in Waking Life, Darkly looks more vibrant and crisp than it's predecessor-- it probably doesn't hurt that Warner Brothers is backing the film, and that it features a star studded cast with the likes of Keanu Reeves, Woody Harrelson, and Winona Ryder.
