Tourfilter is a sparse, craigslist-like website that helps you track bands you like. You can sign up for an account and enter bands you want to track, and Tourfilter will notify you when they have a show in your town! I have no idea why something like this hasn't surfaced sooner-- it's simple, to the point, and anything that gets people out to see music is good by me.
