ART + COMICS

I don't particularly read web-comics-- mostly because I am deeply in love with the tactile nature of actual books. (Diesel Sweeties could only woo me when it released a compendium of their web comic in book form.) So I was surprised when I discovered there's an online publication dedicated entirely to webcomics, and even better, a best-of for 2004. (I will forgive them for not mentioning Diesel Sweeties or Penny Arcade. They know not what they do.) (link)
